Egypt is to retrieve several stolen ancient Egyptian artifacts from Germany, the Egyptian ambassador in Berlin told MENA Tuesday.
The artifacts were shown in a Berlin exhibition for a selling purpose, Mohamed Hegazi said.
He said German police confiscated them, adding that these artifacts are now at the embassy.
The ambassador said the artifacts will return to Egypt in early April in a big ceremony.
