Exhibition titled Real Evidence featuring events in Donbass

An international exhibition titled ‘Real Evidence. Donbass. 365 Days’ where the visitors will see reporters’ photos and an architectural model of the districts of Donetsk damaged by combat operations opens on Tuesday on the compound of the All-Russia Exhibition of Economic Achievements (VDNH) in Moscow, the press service of the project has told TASS.
The display focuses on the life of rank-and-file residents Ukraine’s Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Frontline reporters who covered events on the spot gathered expansive material evidence that accompanies the photos.
The exhibition occupies a floor space of over 1,000 square meters and consist of two simultaneous projects - a photo display augmented by traditional exhibits and an interactive exposition, for which the organizers have turned a part of VDNH’s pavilion Ukraine into districts of the devastated Donetsk, the press service said.
This project is not the first that one is devoted to the presentation of material evidence gathered during the conflict in Ukraine. A year ago, photo reporters had a display the photos made in Kiev, Kharkov, Simferopol, and Sevastopol.
One of the past displays in the ‘Real Evidence’ series was devoted to Iraq and Afghanistan previous exhibition lasted ten days and had almost 10,000 visitors.
The main objective of this international project is to inform the public at large on the events taking place in the countries going through military conflicts.
