Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark Diocese inaugurated on Thursday St Mary Church in Rehab city in eastern Cairo.
The Pope led a Mass held especially for the opening of the church.
A tent was erected outside the church to receive worshippers as the church itself was overcrowded.
