Sheikh Sabah heritage village in Kuwait

The pavilion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participating in Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Heritage Village Festival in Kuwait has witnessed a large turnout of Kuwaiti, Gulf and Arab families as well as those interested in popular heritage.
The Saudi pavilion's visitors toured its 13 wings included different shows of handicrafts and industries which are famous in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The pavilion extending on 2,900 square meters displayed before visitors the experience of the traditional villages, which include a number of elements of traditional architecture in the Kingdom, live performances and documentaries dealing with historical and tourist aspects in addition to the displaying of dozens of Saudi heritage pieces.
It highlighted the art of weaving of women's clothes that were worn by women in the past in the region of Asir, Najran's daggers, industry of Taif's roses, handicrafts known in the region of Qassim, beads and other industries.
On this occasion, the Adviser at the Emiri Diwan in Kuwait Mohammed bin Dhaifallah Sharar expressed his happiness by visiting Saudi Pavilion and to be briefed on the Kingdom's development in various aspects including tourism, valuing Saudi participation in Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad heritage village festival for this year.
