Aswan will celebrate on Sunday the phenomenon of the falling of the Sun rays perpendicularly on the face of King Ramsis II statue at Abu Simbel Temple, Egyptologist Ahmed Saleh said on Friday.
"This unique phenomenon, which occurs twice a year, will take place at 6:20 a.m.," he told MENA.
"It would last for 20 minutes," he said.
