Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan received Wednesday President of the World Bank Group Jim Yong Kim, currently on a visit to the country.

The two sides discussed cooperation between financial and economic institutions and the World Bank, WAM news agency reported.

They also reviewed the latest technological developments in the economic field and their reflection on innovations in human and economic development.

Meanwhile, they exchanged views on various economic, development and financial issues of concern to the international community.

The meeting also touched on the importance of enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise between the UAE and the World Bank.
