Egypt's Agriculture Minister Essam Fayed met on Tuesday with Austrian Ambassador in Cairo George Stillfried to discuss ways of boosting bilateral ties.

During the gathering, they touched on a draft of memorandum of understanding in the agriculture field.

A cooperation protocol is slated to be signed between Egypt and Austria during the Austrian Agriculture Minister's visit to Egypt in late May.
