Head of the Egyptian Railway Authority (ERA) Ahmed Hamed paid on Tuesday an inspection visit to wagon-maintaining workshops at Koum Abou Rady village in el Wastah city of Beni Suef.

During his visit, Hamed urged workers to exert more efforts and maintain wagons as soon as possible to accommodate more passengers at peak times.

He also ordered reviewing a suggestion to hire more engineers and technicians at the workshops.
