Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa met here today with Malaysian Defense Minister Hishammuddin Hussein, who is visiting Manama. 
The two sides discussed the latest regional and global developments, as well as issues of common concern. 
King Hamad stressed, during the meeting, his country's keenness on strengthening relations with Malaysia, especially in the military and defense fields.
