Luxor Governor Mohamed Badr received Thursday a World Food Programme (WFP) delegation within the framework of their current visit to Egypt.

The governor affirmed that the delegation's visit comes as part of efforts exerted to develop the poorest villages and benefit from the experience of the international organization in achieving sustainable development, developing family care programs as well as health food system offered to students in governorates.

Earlier today, the delegation visited some villages in south Luxor and visited Karnak Temple and the West Bank.
