Defense Minister Sedqi Sobhi met with his Greek counterpart Panos Kammenos, who is on a several days visit to Egypt.
The meeting took up the latest developments in the region, the changes taking place on the regional and international arenas and their impact on security and stability in the Middle East.
The get-together also tackled means to boost bilateral military cooperation and exchanging expertise in the different domains.
Kammenos asserted that military cooperation with the Egyptian armed forces is of a big strategic importance.
Sobhi asserted the depth of ties between both countries.
