The Governor-General of New Zealand Patsy Reddy met here Monday with King Abdullah II of Jordan, who is visiting New Zealand. 
During the meeting, they discussed promoting bilateral relations, particularly in economic fields. They also reviewed the developments in the Middle East, including Syrian crisis and the situations in Palestine in addition to the efforts being excreted to revive the Middle East peace negotiations on basis of the two-state solution.
