Led by President Donald Trump's top advisor Jared Kushner, a US delegation winded up a brief visit to Egypt, heading for Tel Aviv.

The US team, in the Middle East to discuss a peace deal between Israel and the Palestinians, met earlier today with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.

They also conferred with Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry.

The delegation includes Jason Greenblatt, the US president's assistant and special representative for international negotiations, and Deputy National Security Adviser for Strategy Dina Powell.
