Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab left Cairo on Friday, heading for South Africa to take part in the NEPAD and the African summits on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Mahlab will deliver Egypt's speech before the African Summit, during which he will highlight the deeply-rooted Egyptian-African relations and ways of enhancing them during the next phase.
He will also review Egypt's development efforts and facilitation provided for Africans to invest in Egypt and to support the Egyptian-African trade.
