Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met here on Monday with Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to discuss the Arab-Israeli conflict and means to resolve it.
They also tackled Russia's role in reaching a solution to the Palestinian cause in line with the two-state solution.
The meeting discussed the latest developments concerning the regional issues.
Palestinian chief negotiator Saeb Erekat, presidential spokesman Nabil Abu Rdainah, diplomatic adviser to the president Magdi al-Khalidi, and ambassador to Russia Faed Mostafa attended the meeting.
Meanwhile, Abbas met with a number of Arab ambassadors in Moscow.
