Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri arrived Tuesday at the STL’s headquarters in The Hague, to attend closing arguments at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, accompanied by caretaker Minister of Education Marwan Hamadeh, caretaker Minister of Culture Ghattas Khoury and former MP Bassem Sabeh. 

Hariri would be hearing the closing arguments of the prosecution.
