Harry Shum Jr

Harry Shum, Jr. has been cast in the sequel to Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.
The 32-year-old actor will star as Tie-Fang alongside Donnie Yen as Silent Wolf and Michelle Yeoh as Yu Shu-lien in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon II: The Green Destiny. The film takes place 20 years after the events of the original movie, and follows the characters as they attempt to keep the legendary sword Green Destiny from villain Hades Dai.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon was released in 2000, and starred Yeoh, Chow-Yun Fat, Zhang Ziyi and Chang Chen. Ang Lee directed the film, but Woo-ping Yuen has been tapped to direct the sequel. Yuen is a well-known martial arts choreographer in Hong Kong, who worked on Kill Bill Vol. 2 and The Forbidden Kingdom. The Green Destiny began production this week, and is scheduled for release in 2015.
Shum came to fame as Mike Chang on Fox series Glee, and is also known for dance films Stomp the Yard, You Got Served, Step Up 2 and Step Up 3D. The actor will appear in Revenge of the Green Dragons and Fire City: The Interpreter of Signs later this year.
