As many as 125 tourists of different nationalities visited Saint Catherine city over the past 24 hours, despite low temperature that reached minus zero.

The tourists included 80 foreigners and 45 Egyptians, Head of Saint Catherine Municipality El Sayed Abdel Sadeq said on Thursday.

The tour, he added, included Saint Catherine's Monastery, Mount Sinai, Bedouin camps as well as several other religious and archaeological sites.
