As many as 2,149 tourists from the various nationalities arrived on board three cruise liners at Safaga Port on Thursday.
In a statement Monday, head of the Red Sea Ports Authority Hesham Abu-Sena said he gave directives to finalize entry procedures of the tourists.
He denied reports on the presence of large number of awaiting ships at the Red Sea ports.
