The Abu Dhabi City Municipality has announced that it has removed 21 large vehicles, including trucks and buses, during a 3-day campaign targeting illegally parked vehicles in residential areas in Baniyas.

As part of the crackdown, small vehicles abandoned for prolonged periods were also removed, and 11 fines were issued.

The objective of the campaign, which will be regularly repeated, is to curb illegal parking practices which cause inconvenience to residents and mar the appearance of the city.
