Located on the southeast end of Tengger Desert in Zhongwei City of Ningxia, the lake is dubbed the \"Ecological Oasis\" in the desert. Covering an area of 220,000 square kilometers with the water area of more than 667 hectares, the tourist attraction is a mixture of desert, wetland, lakes and the Great Wall.
