Cairo International Airport

Cairo International Airport on Monday received a number of pilgrims returning home coming from Jeddah city after performing Hajj.
The rest of 70,000 Egyptian pilgrims will start to intensely flock back to their homeland on Wednesday.
All required procedures were taken to receive pilgrims heading back home from Saudi Arabia, Civil Aviation Minister Hossam Kamal said.
He added that the Egyptian aviation authorities exerted all efforts to facilitate check-in measures for pilgrims.
Meanwhile, health and interior ministries have coordinated to send representatives on board to finalize procedures as soon as possible, Kamal concluded.
