Civil Aviation Minister Hossam Kamal carried out an inspection tour Saturday of Cairo International Airport to follow up establishing a new terminal building.

He stressed that the building should be completed on time.

Kamal also inspected maintenance work at runway 05.

The maintenance work will facilitate landing in bad weather conditions, especially that it is equipped with high-standard apparatuses.

The runway will be inaugurated in August.

The minister followed up also the services offered to passengers at Terminal 3.
