Salvage plans to re-float the cruise ship Costa Concordia from Giglio island in Italy were presented to Italian authorities Monday, officials said. The ship ran aground and capsized Jan. 13, killing 32 passengers. Detailed plans given to the Italy\'s Civil Protection Department by the American firm Titan and the Italian firm Micoperi call for the listing ship to be righted and towed away by the end of spring 2013, in time for the summer tourist season, the Italian news agency ANSA reported Monday.
