Egypt's Deputy Foreign Minister for African Affairs Hamdi Loza left here on Thursday heading for Morocco to participate in the peace deal slated to be inked later today among Libyan rival factions in Skhirat city.

Earlier, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Ahmed Abu Zeid said that Loza will take part in the peace deal ceremony on behalf of Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry.
