EgyptAir said on Thursday that its Belgium-bound flight scheduled for Friday would be canceled due to the maintenance work at Brussels Airport. 

The maintenance work would continue at the airport on Friday to repair damage caused by the bombings that occurred on March 22. 

The Egyptian flag carrier operates four flights to Belgium a week on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday.
