EgyptAir denied on Monday allowing a plane to take off with a technical malfunction. 
"The plane does not belong to EgyptAir but it's affiliated to a private airline", the flag carrier said in a press release.
Earlier, a news website alleged that EgyptAir let a plane to fly with a technical malfunction before returning to the airport after 15 minutes
