EgyptAir has passed inspections of the Transportation Security Administration of the United States, said EgyptAir Holding Company chief Sherif Fathy.

A delegation of the TSA who conducted the inspection praised security procedures by the Egyptian flag carrier, said Fathy.

The TSA inspections are done twice a year on flights between Cairo and New York.
