A number of air-conditioned trains will come into service starting from July 16 ahead of Eid al-Fitr holidays, Head of the Egypt's Railway Authority Ahmed Hamed said on Thursday.

The air-conditioned trains will join the other trains serving the lines Alexandria-Aswan, Cairo-Alexandria and Cairo-Alexandria.
