Minister of Immigration Nabila Makram left Cairo International Airport Monday heading for Kuwait to start a tour also including Jordan and Sydney state in Australia.

In a press conference held Sunday, Makram said that her visit to Kuwait aims at communicating with the Egyptian community there to encourage them to participate in the parliamentary election due late in October and to stand on their problems.
