A plane of Nile Air coming from Kuwait made an emergency landing on Sunday at Sharm El Sheikh International Airport due to a medical condition.

The pilot of the Cairo-bound flight made the decision to save the life of a female Egyptian passenger who suffered a sudden medical condition, said the head of Nile Air in statements.

The passenger, however, was reported dead a few minutes before the landing despite medical efforts exerted by the cabin crew, he added.
