Thick fog and strong winds grounded and delayed hundreds of flights in Dalian, China, this week, affecting 30,000 travelers, officials said Wednesday. A spokesman for the Dalian airport said the fog settled in over the northeastern China city Monday and didn\'t dissipate until Wednesday, the state-run Xinhua News Agency reported. Operations didn\'t get back to normal until 3:30 p.m. after the winds died down, the spokesman said. To ease the stranded passengers\' frustrations over being delayed, young cheerleaders were brought in to dance, Xinhua said.
