An Iraqi passenger plane overshot the runway of the Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport while preparing for take-off on Thursday.
The accident left no casualties but resulted in damage to the aircraft's tires, Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported.
There were no passengers on board and the pilot managed to stop pending the conduct of technical probes by joint Lebanese-Iraqi teams, according to the report.
