New York - BNA
Saudi Arabia's Permanent Delegation to the United Nations in New York has affirmed that in the last three decades the kingdom has become a major attraction for expatriate workers who come under employment contracts and bilateral agreements.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) hosts more than 12.2 million migrant workers from more than 100 countries, constituting 37% of the country's population, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
This came during delegation's participation in the meetings of the Second Committee at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA)'s 73rd Session on International Migration.
