The head of the Libyan Airports Authority on Saturday denied media reports about the readiness of Tripoli International Airport to operate in mid-February.

"The authority has not officially set a date for the resumption of flights from Tripoli International Airport or the completion of a project to rebuild the passenger terminal," Mohamed Bayt el Mal said in statements.
