Nouakchott - MENA
Mauritanian Foreign Minister Hamadi Ould Meimou left Nouakchott on Saturday for Cairo where he will attend an extraordinary meeting of the Arab League.
The Arab foreign ministers will discuss the attacks on the Saudi embassy and consulate in Iran and the interference of Tehran in the Arab affairs.
The meeting is held upon Riyadh's request in the wake of tension with Tehran after the Saudi execution of a Shiite cleric and attacks on the Saudi diplomatic missions in Iran.
