Number of passengers served at Kuwait International Airport rose four percent in September, compared to last year's same month, Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) said in a statement on Wednesday.
Number of passengers reached approximately 894,000 in September, in contrast to 859,000 the same month in 2013. Number of arriving passengers amounted to 502,000 while those departing reached 393,000.
Overall figure of arriving and departing aircraft stood at 8,200 compared to 7,400 in September last year.
