Oman Air, the national carrier of Oman, has welcomed the 250th member of its Junior Sindbad Flyer campaign, which was launched in July.
The program, which invites passengers between four and 12 years of age to participate in a campaign and collect a free flight, is claimed to have been exceptionally well received and is making air travel even more exciting for young customers.
Every Junior Sindbad Flyer receives their own Oman Air passport, which is stamped and signed by the captain on every flight they take. Once they have collected 10 stamps and signatures, they will be able to claim a free flight to any destination within the Oman Air network.

Paul Gregorowitsch, CEO of Oman Air, comments: “At Oman Air, we are delighted to welcome young passengers on board; we believe that just like adult flyers, there are rewards to be had for children too. Junior Sindbad Flyer passports have been distributed throughout our international network and we are thrilled with the way the program has been received by our customers."
"We have just welcomed our 250th member into the program and we expect to see numbers continue to grow. We are very much looking forward to seeing the first Junior Sindbad Flyer to collect ten stamps and receive a complimentary flight," he added.
Sindbad is Oman Air’s frequent flyer program, which has thousands of members throughout the airline’s international network. Every member enjoys access to a wide range of benefits, special offers and tailor-made services.
The launch of Junior Sindbad Flyer now enables younger passengers to enjoy some of the privileges offered to Oman Air’s most loyal and valued customers.
