Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas arrived Wednesday in Djibouti on a two-day official visit.
Abbas is scheduled to hold a meeting with Djibouti's President Ismail Omar Guelleh and deliver a speech in the parliament.
He is also expected to inaugurate the new Palestinian embassy's headquarters and meet with some diplomats and politicians to expound the latest developments in the Palestinian cause.
Wrapping up his visit to Djibouti, Abbas will travel to the Addis Ababa to take part in the African Summit.
