A Royal Jordanian (RJ) aircraft sustained minor damages at the Tripoli International Airport on Monday night, when its wing hit another plane on the airport’s runway. RJ CEO Amer Hadidi said no injuries were reported, adding that the RJ Airbus 330 with 230 passengers onboard was preparing to take off for Amman when the accident took place. He noted that another RJ plane was sent to Tripoli to fly the passengers to Amman, and was expected to arrive at dawn on Tuesday.
