Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ)

Assistant Director General of Royal Jordanian Airlines (RJ) for Media Affairs and Communications, Basil Kilani, said the Airlines has resumed its flights between Amman and Baghdad as of Saturday.
Kilani told Petra that RJ had suspended the Baghdad bound flights due to an accident that happened to an aircraft belonging to the Dubai Aviation Corporation, Fly Dubai. The plane had come under fire while landing at the Baghdad International Airport.
Kilani said that three flights go from Amman to Baghdad every day, including an additional trip to meet the huge demand for travel between Amman and Baghdad and passenger service to other destinations via the Queen Alia International Airport.
Kilani said that RJ is regulating nine weekly flights to Baghdad.
