A group of South Korean activists in tourism in a meeting on Saturday with Director of Iranian cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism, Ruhollah Ahmadzadeh-Kermani, called for a share in Iran Tourism Industry. The group including South Korean directors of tourist unions expressed their readiness to expand their professional activities in Iran and asked further information about Iran’s tourism attractions to be publicized in their country. After a meeting with South Korean Minister of Tourism in Seoul Ahmadzadeh Kermani pointed to the vast common cultural grounds in the oriental civilizations and said that Iran is willing to expand cultural interaction with South Korea. To comply with the unions demand, he pointed to the Korean minister’s interest in boosting cooperation on tourism and expressed Iran’s readiness to prepare the necessary facilities for more active presence of South Korean tourist agencies in Iran.
