Swiss Prosecutor General Michael Lauber left Cairo on Sunday after holding talks with Egyptian officials over restoring Egyptian funds that were smuggled to Switzerland by the Mubarak-regime officials.
The Egyptian and Swiss top prosecutors agreed to hold another round of talks on the smuggled Egyptian funds but this time in Switzerland.
Talks covered settling legal problems hindering the restoration of these funds as well as boosting judicial cooperation between the two sides, the office of the Egyptian prosecutor general said.
They also discussed finding non-conventional solutions to facilitate procedures of restoring smuggled Egyptian funds.
