The Tourism Authority is working on a program to organize subsidized trips to the cities of Luxor and Aswan.
The trips already started in December and will continue through April, said Azza Khalil, director-general of the domestic tourism department, Saturday on the sidelines of the Arab tourism festival currently taking place here.
The program is part of a plan to entrench the sense of belonging among Egyptians, Khalil noted.
