The temples of Ramesses II and Nefertari in Aswan on Thursday recorded huge numbers of the visiting tourists, said Hossam Aboud, director of Abu Simbel antiquities.
He added that around 700 tourists of different nationalities visited the temples today, on the occasion of the Christmas.
The total number of tourists who paid visits to Abu Simbel temples in December reached 3,200, most of them from China, England, Germany and Spain, Aboud said.
