In a bid to boost its brand awareness and attract potential recruits, Travel Counsellors has launched a new global recruitment film. The film is part of a new branding programme which the company has invested in this year. This has included a consumer brand film, a new recruitment website as well as a new website for consumers which will also be rolled out in Dubai soon. Managing director, Steve Byrne said: “Growth this year across our offices in all the seven countries where we operate is impressive. Currently we’re up 14%. We are very keen to recruit talented travel professionals and we feel this new film is a great way to engage with potential recruits.” The recruitment film is very timely as each Travel Counsellor, across all seven countries where the company operates, are earning more than ever with average commissions per agent up 12% globally.  In addition to branding, there have been large investments in training, with the launch of e-learning modules earlier this year, and the introduction of monthly global, live webinars with sales guru, Anthony Iannarino.
