Cherry blossom season

The weakening yen combined with the cherry blossom season has spiked South Koreans' travels to Japan for the upcoming four weeks, industry data showed Tuesday.
Reservations for group tours to Japan departing between March 21 and April 19, when the cherry trees are expected to be in full bloom, soared 70 percent from the same period a year earlier, according to the data by online travel agency Interpark Tour.
