Most of the current generation was raised on the tales of Ramadan during the 80th, but the actors and actresses of the 80th revealed how they spent this period of the year.
Actress Elham Shaheen used to spend Ramadan with her family, buys lanterns, decorates the house and cooks with her mother. If she had any shooting, she would finish early and go home to have suhoor with her family. While actor Mahmoud Yassin loved to spend Ramadan with his family if there wasn’t any scenes to shoot, and he used to attend group Iftar organized by number of actors and actresses during the 80th period.

She loved buying lanterns and she has a collection of them since she was a little girl. Actress Shahira sees Ramadan as the month of worships and turning to Allah, as it is a real translation for affection, familiarity and link between families.
Young actress Menna Fadaly used to wait for Ramadan to see Uncle Foad, lanterns, and special sweets. She also loved to buy candles lanterns when she was young. Actor Ahmed Al-Saadani always loved Ramadan and used to spend it in his uncle house, where the whole family used to gather. He also loved spending the day during Ramadan playing football at Al Ahly club, as well as playing with fireworks.
