President Bashar al-Assad issued on Sunday decree no.300 for 2018 stipulating for establishing a public health and scientific training institution called “the General Authority of Children’s Hospital” based in the province of Tartous.

According to the decree, the Hospital enjoys legal personality and financial and administrative independence.
