Red Sea is known for its marine life and corals Egyptian security forces have intensified their presence in the Red Sea region in order to reassure tourists in the area and to be prepared for any potential unrest.
Security officials said they are taking a great number of measures to ensure the turmoil in other areas of the country does not spread to the Red Sea where a great number of holidaymakers are currently staying.
